- I'm living in Protvino, a small (~40,000 habitants) city (Scientific Center, HEP) in the Moscow region, Russia (~120 km to the south of Moscow). I was working for a 10 years as a scientist in IHEP, where participated in the ASCOT/ATLAS experiment (CERN, www.cern.ch) modelling of the muon detector. After quitting from the career in science, I had started Oracle RDBMS "research", which is now one of my hobbies and provides for the resource for the life (i.e. money).
